Will it fit my space/match appropriately?

We haven't yet found a space that an antler chandelier doesn't fit. We have chandeliers in an entry, hunting cabin, a farmers office barn, over kitchen tables, breakfast nooks and dining tables. Some are personal homes, vacation homes, ranches, hunting cabins, farmers office- the options are endless. 
We have a variety of wall colors, and enclosed spaces vs. wide open rooms, all with varying ceiling heights.

What is it made out of?

Made from steel and brass, USA made with UL listed parts, and electrically tested.

What comes with your chandelier purchase?

-Chandelier frame, with electrical, ready to hang
-Paper instructions, video instructions available on YouTube and on the website
-Lightbulbs, mounting kit and ceiling plate
-Zip ties (optional for securing antlers during hanging process)

What comes with your lamp purchase?

Included with the lamp is the frame, clear tubing for balancing bottom shed (optional, if needed), lamp shade (optional), and paper instructions.

What hanging options do you offer?

The standard is 3' chain, but 6' and 9' chains are also offered. A plug in option is available upon request, or something that can easily be done by you.

What is required to assemble my chandelier?

-11 medium to large white tail or mule deer antlers.
       -7 need to be all left or all right
       -4 need to be all left or all right
       -Ideally, your two levels are a set of lefts and a set of rights. 

What is required to assemble my lamp?

Requires 3-5 white tail or mule deer antlers, your own shade (if you choose not to purchase ours.

How long does it take to assemble and hang the chandelier?

Expect 30 minutes to assemble the antlers and 30-60 minutes to hang depending on your experience with installation and complexity of the hanging location.

How long does it take to assemble the lamp?

10-20 minutes! Easy assembly!

What are the dimensions of the chandelier?

Frame: Height 15"  Width 23" (fully extended)   Width 19" (arms in)
White tail frame with large antlers: Height 19"   Width 28"
Mule deer frame with large antlers: Height 30"   Width 28"
All will vary in size depending on the size of your antlers. 

What are the dimensions of the lamp?

Height (no shade): 20"
Height approx, (shade): 27.5"
Width (no antlers): 4"
Width (with antlers, will widely vary): 13-14"

6 1/2" across the top
15" across the bottom
10 3/4" on the slant

How does shipping work?

Free shipping in the lower 48. Additional fees apply for Alaska, Hawaii and Canada. Ships quickly from Oklahoma.

What is your return policy, what if something is damaged or missing?

We offer a 30 day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receipt to request a return. To be eligible for return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You'll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at hello@antlerillumination.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, and the cost will be deducted from your refund. Items sent back to us without requesting a return will not be accepted. 
Please contact us with any questions or concerns before initiating a return. 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  If the box or product arrives damaged, please take pictures to appropriately document damages. 

All electrical components are tested to ensure proper operation before shipment.

What if I want an assembled, you provide the antlers, shipped to me, ready to hang chandelier?

Contact us! This is a service we offer that will vary heavily price wise depending on the type and size of antlers that you want. This would be sent to you assembled with temporary, heavily secured zip ties for delivery and installation. We would communicate with you throughout the entire process to ensure your satisfaction.

What if I don't have enough or need more antlers? What if I love the idea of an antler chandelier or lamp but have no antlers?

Reach out to us! We have contacts in the antler industry, and are able to supply antlers depending on your needs/wants/desires.
